The move reflects the company’s strategy to expand professional services across Europe while deepening its footprint in the Portuguese market. Siconting operates from Lisbon and has developed a client portfolio that includes businesses across different sectors requiring financial management, compliance and advisory services. The firm is led Hugo Simplício, who oversees operations and client relations. Following the integration, Simplício will also join Numeric Consulting Group as a partner alongside Sérgio Ramos. Numeric Consulting Group forms part of the ETL GLOBAL network in Portugal and focuses on accounting and auditing services. The collaboration is expected to enhance coordination between advisory teams while offering clients a wider range of professional expertise within the same network.
The expansion highlights ETL GLOBAL’s broader effort to strengthen professional services networks in key European markets. Portugal has become an increasingly important location for international advisory groups as the country attracts foreign investment, expanding startups and cross border business operations. integrating Siconting into its structure, ETL GLOBAL is positioning itself to respond to growing demand for tax planning, financial consulting and compliance support.
